Company liquidation and judicial management

You can voluntarily wind up companies through a special resolution taken at the company meeting or a company can be involuntarily wound up through the Courts. You have to notify the Registrar upon commencement of the judicial management process and right through to the final pronouncement of removal of the company from the register or for any particular case where the company comes out of liquidation and becomes a going concern.

You have to appoint a liquidator for the company, who shall carry through the liquidation and final winding up of the company.

Did you know that business names must be renewed every three years? The renewal date is the month of registration. Log in and check the status of your business name now!
