Before you begin

This service allows a user to file a request to maintain a constitution for a public or private company. You can:

  • Submit a new constitution OR
  • Remove/Revoke a constitution OR
  • Amend an existing constitution

If you are submitting a new constitution or amending an existing constitution, you will need to upload the constitution in PDF format. Please note that penalty fees over and above the filing fee apply for submissions that are more than ten days late. 

The request to submit or amend a constitution will be sent to CIPA for approval and a response issued within 24 hours.
