In this section you can:
- Cease/remove an existing Director
- Edit the details of an existing Director
- Add a new Director (you will need to upload a Directors consent form which can be found here https://www.cipa.co.bw/forms-downloads.html)
Please ensure you have the correct OMANG details for Directors as they will be verified by the system. For non-citizen Directors, you will have to upload their foreign ID or passport.
Minor changes to Directors details (such as phone number and postal address) will automatically update the Register. Major changes such as adding a new Director will go to CIPA for review and will be actioned within 24 hours.
