Section 33A, of the Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Act establishes an arbitration panel to resolve copyright disputes. The Minister of Trade and Industry appointed member of the Copyright Arbitration Panel in July 2011. The Panel shall be responsible for settlement of Copyright related disputes. The Arbitration Panel will be operational after its rules have been approved by the Minister of Trade and Industry.
